Having settled the church and the reception, we knew that the next item we needed to focus on were the photos..photos..photos. Like what my brother said, the only thing that the couple can hold on to after the wedding (aside from the memories, of course) are the pictures. So they'd better be darn good!!

Enter John Mateos Ong. We intially came across his name through friends. They said he was good at what he does and that he was a fun photographer to have at your wedding. True enough, after reading what he had to say in his website and browsing through some of his work, we immediately had a good feeling about him.

Meeting him in person sealed the deal. His photographic style matched our personalities, his talent shines through in his work, and he has a jovial character to match! Another great thing about him is that he tries to help us out in every way possible...from giving advise on makeup and attire to scrimping tips for the couple on a budget! He practically volunteered to be our interim coordinator while we're still looking for one. He does seem to really love weddings!

Can't wait for the pre-nups!!! =)
